This text highlights the most important documents published by the tOSSad EU project.
This report presents the results of a survey conducted among public administrators. The questionaire asked about F/OSS adoption factors such as product quality and support, financial, vendor, political and personal barriers. One interesting conclusion is that public officers who involve in legal F/OSS provision process more probably face more negative attitudes from their administration.

This report describes the context and results of the workshop on Barriers and Obstacles to the adoption of F/OSS in public administration. The workshop was held during the II International Conference about Free Knowledge, which took place on 25th and 26th of October, 2005 in Extremadura, Spain.
The report will describe the context within which the workshop was held (the conference), it will explain the methodology used, and will expose the main results from the workshop.
